J. Byron has a new and exciting approach to golf photography. This has resulted in being commissioned by GOLF RESORTS and PRIVATE COUNTRY CLUBS. All of J. Byron’s golf course images are mounted on MUSEUM WRAP CANVAS (See: Why Canvas?)

Unlike traditional photography where the images can yellow or fade as years go by, J. Byron’s canvas art will keep their original “oil painting look” for years to come. Also - there is no need to add the unnecessary expense of glass or framing. The canvas renderings are designed to be hung on any wall and their simplified beauty will stand on its own.
How Does It Work?
J. Byron works by appointment only. After meeting with the client he will set a time to photograph the golf course. He then edits all the photos and does extensive photo shop enhancement. The last step is a slide show presentation where he and the client view the final images.
Your Own Images
Many Country Clubs or Golf Resorts have vintage photographs that they cherish. Maybe Arnold Palmer played your course? Perhaps a photo of the founding member? Or a shot of a famous athlete or celebrity? Sometimes these images are in poor condition, or you only have the photo and not the negative. Maybe you want your old and faded 8 x 10 recreated into a stunning 30 x 40! J. Byron can take almost any image and re-create it on canvas. All he needs is the photograph. He can advise you of sizes and prices.

It begins with the eye. The ability to see something and frame it in a way that makes it unique and pleasing to others. It also helps if you have a knowledge of the game. An appreciation of the way it is played and an understanding of why golfers are so passionate about their sport. All this transcends to the images.
